Returns/ Exchanges

Returns/Exchanges must be authorized by Lulu Optiks. If you would like to Return/Exchange an item from your order, please email (luluoptiksllc@gmail.com) to begin the Return/Exchange authorization process. All items must be unworn, free of damage, and have original packaging to be eligible. 


- Refunds are only accepted on full priced items within 7 days of delivery. 
- All sale and items purchased with a discount code is final. 


Please follow the below instructions: 
    1    Request a return/exchange within 7 days of receipt of your order 
    2    Subject Line - “Order #XXX - Return/Exchange” 
    3    Body - Reason for your return/item(s) you need exchanged


*Shipping fees/cost are at the expense of the client.
Refunds will be for the amount of the item(s) purchased and will not include any shipping costs/fees previously charged.  

 
*Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to reflect in your account, this depends on your bank/financial institution.
